6 Ways To Get Physical with Essential Oils
I'm not going to lie, my exercise program has taken a serious nosedive over the past 4 months. Between a drastic change in routine, a lack of motivation, and just readjusting to the kids being out of school for so long, I've found it hard to sneak fitness into my days. Try any of these essential oils (or a combination):
Roman Chamomile oil
Black Pepper oil
Combine the hot water, a handful of Epsom salts, and a few scoops of baking soda into a tub that’s big enough for your feet.
Add a few drops of your essential oil of choice (or several oils).
Soak your feet for relaxation and relief.
